Bank of Queensland Internet Banking customers are advised that hoax (spam) emails are being circulated that appear to be sent from Bank of Queensland that attempt to trick you into providing your personal information such as your Customer Access Number (CAN), Personal Access Code (PAC) and BOQ Security Token passcode.
If you have been re-directed to this page from Internet Banking, we request that you change your Personal Access Code immediately and contact the Customer Service Centre on 1300 55 72 72.
