  • Continue to grow:  We will continue to expand our network organically, by opening branches and attracting retail and business customers, as well as looking for further strategic acquisitions with smaller players;
  • But think small: Even though we want to offer the great products and a convenient national network of a big bank, we want to retain the feel and friendly service of a small one;
  • Control costs: Despite five years of impressive growth, our cost-to-income ratio continues to fall and our goal is to continue to improve; and
  • Outperform the market: of course, we also want to continue to outperform the market in other key financial results too, while at the same time offering unrivalled customer service.
