Bank of Queensland will from today play an enhanced role in the ongoing development of the Redcliffe peninsula with the official opening of its new Redcliffe Lending Centre.
The Lending Centre is located next to the Redcliffe branch in the Sutton Street Mall and supports other branches in the region at Sandgate, Kippa Ring, Deception Bay and North Lakes.
The Centre was officially opened by the Mayor of Redcliffe, Cr Allan Sutherland.
Bank of Queensland Managing Director David Liddy said the Lending Centre would do much to facilitate the City's growth and development by providing direct, personal access to experienced lending and business banking professionals.
“With Redcliffe continuing to experience record levels of residential and business growth, our Lending Centre will offer the community dedicated lending managers with specific experience in the small to medium business market,” Mr Liddy said.
“Small businesses in particular will benefit greatly from Bank of Queensland's quality person2person service and lending managers who have an intimate knowledge of their clients.”
The Redcliffe Lending Centre is managed and owned by experienced local banker Steve Quailey, who brings to the Redcliffe community more than xx years' banking and finance experience and a passion for excellent service.
“Bank of Queensland is all about face-to-face banking and building relationships with customers. We want to get to know our each customer's business so we can support them and help their business reach its full potential,” Mr Quailey said.
“Bank of Queensland customers enjoy the added convenience of being able to phone our Lending Centre or any of our branches directly instead of having to go through a call centre – just another way we are different from other banks,” he said.
The Redcliffe Lending Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm and can be contacted on 07 3283 4922 or directly on Mr Quailey's mobile: 0438 119 088.
