Bank of Queensland has appointed a new Regional Manager for its Sunshine Coast operation to guide future growth and development in this key market.
David Ludbrooke, recruited from National Australia Bank in Maroochydore, will take over from former Regional Manager Jeff Walls, who has been assigned to the project team overseeing the Bank’s interstate expansion.
Mr Ludbrooke joins BOQ with 18 years’ experience in both retail and business banking underpinned by a degree in Economics.
Following significant investment in its branch network and infrastructure over the past four years, Bank of Queensland is now the most accessible bank on the Sunshine Coast, one of the Bank’s strongest and fastest-growing markets.
The Bank services the Coast via 15 branches, the newest at Chancellor Park, and a dedicated face-to-face Business Banking Centre backed by a network of 65 ATMs.
Mr Ludbrooke said his key focus would be assisting the network concentrate on its core goals of customer service and face-to-face banking.
“I’m keen to empower our branch managers build ongoing relationships with their local communities,” he said.
