Bank of Queensland (BOQ) has today lodged a submission with the Joint Parliamentary Committee on Corporations and Financial Services in relation to its Inquiry into Financial Products and Services in Australia.

A full copy of the submission is available at www.aph.gov.au/senate/committee/corporations_ctte/fps/index.htm.  BOQ representatives, including Managing Director, Mr David Liddy, expect to appear before the Committee on 16 September 2009.

The submission refers to BOQ's internal review of matters relevant to loans provided to former customers of Storm Financial, which has been substantially progressed but is still continuing.
