    THE SET UP

    Dell is one of the world’s largest IT solutions providers who have transformed the way their customers acquire their hardware and have evolved into a full end to end solution provider encompassing their customer’s hardware, services and software solutions.

    THE CHALLENGE

    Dell was seeking to establish a program where they could employ sales staff to provide all the origination functions, and their partners in turn could utilise Dell’s systems, funding and regulatory licenses to fulfil the service functions.

We took the time to really understand what Dell needed and used our experience and expertise to create something unique, rather than try and adapt something existing.

    • Dell gained future flexibility and will be able to utilise the funding structure or other parts of the model independently of each other.
    • The model is unique as it allows Dell full control of all pricing functions, customer interaction and product offers, just like a full captive; but without the cost, as it leverages the scale of BOQ Finance systems and back office service functions.
