Loss or damage

If your car is stolen, involved in a collision or damaged by fire, storm, hail or flood, we'll cover the cost up to the sum insured on your Certificate of Insurance.

Hire car after a not at fault collision or theft

Unable to use your car because it’s been stolen or involved in a not-at-fault collision? We’ll pay the cost for you to hire a similar sized car chosen by us up to the limit for this benefit.

Emergency Accommodation or Travel

If you are more than 100km from home and your car is unable to be used as a result of loss or damage caused by an incident, we'll help cover the cost of short-term accommodation and, transportation up to the limit for this benefit.

Personal Property

We will cover the loss or damage to your personal property if it’s inside your car when an incident occurs or is damaged as a result of the incident, up to the limit for this benefit.

Baby capsules and child seats

If baby capsules or child seats fitted to your car are stolen or damaged in an incident, we’ll cover you up to the benefit limit.

Keys & Locks

If the keys to your car are stolen during the period of insurance, we’ll cover the cost to replace and recode the keys and locks for your car up to the limit for this benefit.

Lifetime Repair Guarantee

If we arrange, authorise, and directly pay a repairer for repairs, we will guarantee the repairs to your car and will pay to fix any faulty workmanship for as long as you or a member of your family own the car.

New Car Replacement

We’ll replace your car if it’s deemed a total loss, provided you purchased a new or demonstrator car and it’s less than 2 years old at the time of the incident.
