Important information for all BOQ customers - 29 March 2010
BOQ Internet Banking customers are advised that Phishing (hoax) emails are being circulated that appear to be sent from BOQ that attempt to trick you into providing your personal information such as your Customer Access Number (CAN) and Personal Access Code (PAC).
If you have, or even believe you have inadvertently responded and/or activated any link or attachment within the email, we request that you change your Personal Access Code immediately and contact the Customer Service Centre on 1300 55 72 72.
If you have not seen an email of this nature, please continue your banking as usual.
