No. Easylink can only be accessed by dialling directly into the Bank of Queensland Easylink Server via a dial-up modem.
Can I download statements from EasyLink to load the transactions into my accounting package?
Yes. Statements can be downloaded from EasyLink in a CSV (comma separated value) file format which can be uploaded into compatible accounting packages.
Do I need an accounting package to use EasyLink?
No. EasyLink has the ability to create payments files built in. Payment files created in EasyLink can be saved as batches allowing them to be re-used over and over. These batches can be edited and resubmitted for processing when required. If you are expecting to be processing files with a large number of payments, it is recommended that you have an accounting package that can create a payment file for you.

Yes. EasyLink will allow for up to ten extra users. An administration user will be set up by the Bank of Queensland and by using this log-in, you can create extra users, giving access to payments, banking or both.
Does EasyLink allow me to make BPAY payments?
No. EasyLink will only process payments going to Australian BSB’s and account numbers. You can not make BPAY payments or payments to credit cards.
