We bring business banking right to your desktop 24 hours a day through two swift and secure services:
- EasyLink Banking
- EasyLink Payments
With EasyLink, access to your business accounts information is through a dial-up network connection directly to us via your browser (rather than via the Internet), including access to business accounts that require more than one signatory to operate.
Existing EasyLink customers can create up to ten additional users to access EasyLink Banking or Payments. You can even customise the rights of each user to give them limited or unrestricted access to your business banking information.
EasyLink Banking features
For any account nominated for EasyLink Banking you can:
- view account balances
- view account transaction history for the last 30 days
- download transaction history
EasyLink Payments features
EasyLink Payments is similar to Payments File Upload through Internet Banking, but it goes one step further.
As well as the transmission of group payment files (including credit and debit transactions) to accounts at most Australian financial institutions, EasyLink Payments lets you:
- create and edit payments files online (rather than through your accounting software)
- save your payment files within EasyLink Payments for up to 42 days and retrieve those for re-submission (great for your weekly salaries payments)
- access accounts that require multiple signatures to operate, and authorise access by more than one user in your business
- mix credit and debit transactions in one payments file
Security
Our security through EasyLink is superior. All data transmitted between you and Bank of Queensland is encrypted through industry standard SSL security to prevent unauthorised access.
How to register additional accounts
To register additional accounts for access via EasyLink Banking, complete the EasyLink Banking and Payments Application (PDF 76kb) detailing the additional accounts to be accessed.
