Credit Card Applications

Apply online via BOQApply

You can apply for Bank of Queensland credit cards online via BOQApply. Applications should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.

Your application will be securely sent to Bank of Queensland and you will be contacted within two bank business days and advised of your application status. Click on the "Apply now" button below to begin the application process or click "Check application status" if you have previously submitted an application.

If you don’t have time to apply online, you can request an application form at any branch or by calling us on 1300 55 72 72 and submit your application at any branch, fax to 1300 339 824 or post your application to:

You will need the following information:

what you earn each month (wages, salaries and other)
your most recent payslips (original and one months worth)
details of who you work for - including name, phone number and address
details of any existing loans, such as personal loans, leasing and any other personal debts such as credit cards
details of savings and investments, including account details, account number and credit balances
your Driver's Licence number and expiry date.

New customers

If you are not already a customer, please contact one of our branches to determine what identification is required to open your Account.

Generally you can satisfy our identification requirements by providing the following:

A current Australian drivers licence

A valid Australian passport
