Your primary occupation and your employment status.

Your current financial position, including your gross annual income, your total monthly income and expenses. If you are self-employed, you'll also need to provide us with your accountant's name, the name of their accounting firm, and their contact phone number.

If you plan to transfer a balance from another financial institution, please provide us with key details of that account, including: the name the account is held in; the type of card/account; the card/account number; the amount to be transferred and the issuing organisation's name and address.

Informed decision making

To apply for a credit card product you must meet the following minimum criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have a good credit rating
• You are a permanent Australian resident
• You have a taxable income of at least $20,000p.a for a Low Rate or Blue card, $35,000p.a for a Gold card or $50,000p.a for a Platinum card.
• You have not applied for a Bank of Queensland or Citi credit card in the past 9 months or been declined for a Bank of Queensland or Citi credit card in the past 3 months
