Gather relevant information

You will need the following information at your appointment with us:
 

Personal identification

• photo identification
• credit cards, medicare card, store cards
• birth certificate

Income verification (not required for Low Doc Loan)

• you most recent pay slip from employer (original)
• copy of last two taxation returns or group certificates
• evidence of any other income/allowances

Property purchases

• full copy of the signed ‘contract of sale’
• details of your solicitor / conveyancer

Building, renovating or extending

• copy of the signed ‘building contract’
• details of the building costs and plans
• copy of builders insurance coverage

Refinances

• statements of existing accounts – past 6 months
