Online Identity Verification

This system allows you to provide identification details online.

 

You will only need to use this system if you are a new Bank of Queensland customer who has applied for an account online and do not wish to attend a branch to provide the required identification documents.

 

The Online Identification Verification service, GreenIDTM is provided by a third party, Edentiti. Please refer to the Edentiti website for their privacy policy and full terms and conditions.
