Working within our Risk team you’ll have the opportunity to partner with BOQ team members in order to make positive changes and deliver outcomes for our customers and our people – not to mention being at the forefront of regulatory and industry challenges.
Over the three year program, you’ll experience three-12 month rotations which provide you with the diverse experiences you need to build deep expertise in effective risk management. You’ll have a support network of managers, buddies, mentors and learning facilitators who will help you develop technical Risk Analyst knowledge and interpersonal and leadership capabilities on-the-job and through formal training.

Our Risk Graduate Program is located in Newstead, Brisbane. You’ll be based in our trendy BOQ Village office right amongst the cafes and bars of Gasworks.

Fast-track your career: As a strong performer, our structured three-year Graduate Program accelerates your career in Risk by supporting you to move into a Senior Executive Analyst at the end of the program. You can be confident you’ll have a permanent role with BOQ at the successful completion of the program.
Continual Development & Support: You will be supported during the program via on-the-job training and professional development sessions. You will also be assigned a buddy to assist you with your day-to-day tasks and a mentor to help you navigate through your new work life. We’ll enrol you in the FINSIA Banking Fundamentals course, which will provide a foundational banking knowledge platform to help build your future career.
