In Finance, Transformation and Operations (FTO) we are focused on BOQ’s key transformational activities. This includes; our integrated people strategy, technology architecture roadmap, process improvements to optimise our performance and experience, streamlining reporting to generate insights and drive strong returns, and productivity improvements.
Our team is key in supporting business led initiatives which optimise BOQ's multi-brand strategy and overall business capabilities. Some of the key teams within our group include; - Services and Operations, Mortgage Hub, Property and Workspace, Financial Accounting, Commissions, Group Tax, Financial Crimes, Investor Relations, Procurement and Strategic Investment.

Our Procurement team’s purpose is to deliver optimised supply chain management and best value solutions to the business that support our strategic priorities. In addition, vendor management and end-to-end third party risk management program to meet the Bank’s risk and regulatory requirements.
Our Financial Crimes, Anti Money Laundering & Client Lifecycle teams are committed to the continual reduction of physical and technical threats to BOQ Group and our customers. The main challenge is that we work in a constantly changing environment, with criminal activity always evolving as new ways are found to commit crimes and attempt to harm our business. Our teams also ensures the Bank adheres to the requirements of laws, industry and organisational standards, codes, principles of good governance and accepted community and ethical standards.
