Our Group Customer team puts the Customer at the heart of everything we do at BOQ Group. It brings together Retail Banking and Business Marketing teams, Brand, Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, Community Investment, Customer Advocate, Customer Experience and the Chief Executive Office functions under one business unit. Our key purpose is to elevate the voice of the customer in a way that is consistent with our multi-brand strategy and ambition.

Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications

​The Corporate Affairs team manages media, internal and external communications and events for all the BOQ brands – BOQ, BOQ Finance, BOQ Specialist, Virgin Money Australia and ME Bank.

Our purpose is to provide support and advice to corporate and customer-facing employees, and help send out clear, accurate messages that reach the right people, in the right way.
