If your Internet Banking profile has been set up with multiple Authorisers (similar to the use of multiple signatories for offline transactions), some requests and transactions may require further authorisation before they are completed.

The Authorisation notifications screen will alert you to the fact that a notification has been sent requesting authorisation of the new Delegated User you have created. This notification includes details of:

  • the number of authorisations required, and
  • names of the Authorised Users who can action this request.

Until the authorisation is completed by the required number of Authoriser, the status of this Delegated User will be unauthorised. It will not be possible:

  • for this user to access Internet Banking
  • for the creator of this Delegated User profile to edit the details of this Delegated User, such as their access rights or PAC
