The New Accounts screen will appear after you have clicked the New Account menu item. It allows you to either request for a new account to be opened or allows you to apply for a new account.

There are two main functions or areas on this screen:

 

  • Open New Account

    The Open New Account area allows you to request a new account. The new account will be opened in the exact same name as the Internet Banking profile and can only be opened for personal customers (not business). The new account will be opened and added to your Internet Banking profile within the two business days.

  • Apply for a new Account

    The Apply Now area provides links to a number of the accounts which can be opened via the online application process. The online application process allows you to apply for a number of account types where you can specify the account name(s) and the signing rights etc.

A new window will open displaying detailed product information for the relevant product.

Please Note: Your Internet Banking session will remain open until either you log off or the session times out for security purposes.

OPEN  You will be taken to a new screen where the selected product terms and conditions will be displayed, allowing you to request that the new account is opened.
APPLY NOW

A new window will open displaying the online application form for the selected product.
