Your password must be changed the first time you Log On. This will ensure that the temporary password given to you can no longer be used.
You must change your password before you can continue using Internet Banking. You will need to remember and use your new password the next time you log on to Internet Banking.
To change your temporary Password:
- Enter a new password in the field provided.
- Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
- Click Change Password.
If you enter the incorrect password three times, your account will be blocked.
Using upper and lower case characters that are different to the ones used when you chose your password may cause this. To prevent this, please ensure that CAPS LOCK is not on either when you choose your password or when you Log On to Internet Banking.
If your account is blocked you will need to contact your branch during business hours, or call the Customer Contact Centre on 1300 55 72 72.
