Certain events within Internet Banking will trigger important information messages for your attention. These events will generally occur between your sessions, for example the success or failure of a future-dated payment.
These important messages will be shown to you on the Your Messages screen after you log on (or after you accept the terms and conditions and/or change you Personal Access Code if these are required) and before you see the Home screen.
You can also access these messages at any time during your current session via the Other Services menu.
Once you log off these messages will be automatically deleted.
For your convenience the most recent Internet transactions are displayed upon successfully logging on. This step is to ensure you are aware of transactions that have been performed on your profile.
