The Other Services screen (available under the More menu option) provides access to a wide range of supporting banking services to help you manage and customise your Internet Banking service with BOQ.

The following services can be accessed from the Other Services screen: 

  • Mobile Banking - provides information on BOQ's Mobile Banking
  • Change Personal Access Code - to change your Personal Access Code
  • View Personal Details - to view your registered email address and mobile phone number
  • View Session Summary  - to view details of your previous Internet banking sessions
  • View Terms and Conditions  - to view the BOQ's Internet Banking terms and conditions
  • Order Statement  - to request a new statement
  • Reset to Default Settings  - to reset user preferences to the system default settings
  • Disable Access - to immediately disable your Internet Banking access
  • eStatements - access your eStatements and change paperless statement preferences 
  • Important Messages - to view important notifications relating to your Internet Banking profile
