The Session Details screen provides details of an individual Internet Banking session, such as Time of Session on, Length of Session and any transactions performed. If there were no transactions performed then this will also be stated.

If there are any details on the session summary that you are concerned about please contact your branch during business hours, send us a Secure Mail, or call the BOQ Customer Contact Centre on 1300 55 72 72, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
