You can use the Personal Details screen to check the current email and mobile phone details we have registered for your Internet Banking profile.
It is important these details are correct as they may be used to contact you on issues relating to your Internet Banking, for example, to send SMS account alerts, or an email notification of transfers if these services have been activated for your accounts.
If you are a Delegated User, the personal details that appear here will be for the profile owner. This profile owner may be an individual customer, or an individual nominated to act on behalf of a company. Only one email and mobile number is held for each profile.
