Certain events occurring within Internet Banking will trigger informational messages for your attention. These events will generally occur while you are not logged on e.g. failure of a future-dated payment or an unsuccessful log on attempt.
These important messages will be shown to you on the Your Messages screen after you log on (and after you accept the terms and conditions and/or change your Personal Access Code if these are required), and before you see the Home screen.
These messages can also be viewed on this screen at any time during your current session, but will be deleted when you log off.
