You can order a new statement for an account registered with Internet Banking (excluding credit cards and term investment accounts).
The statement requested will include all transactions for the account you select since your last statement. It will be mailed on the next Queensland business day to all persons who normally receive a statement for the account.
To order a statement:
- Click the Other Services menu in Internet Banking.
- Click the Order Statement option - the Order Statement screen will display.
- Choose an account from the drop down selection list.
- Click Confirm.
