If you have registered for BPAY View® with any billers, the BPAY®Alerts screen allows you to set up alerts about your bills. An SMS alert can be requested to let you know that:

  • a new bill has been received from a biller
  • the due date for a bill has almost been reached

At the top of the BPAY Alerts screen is a list of the BPAY View alerts that you have requested. You can add new alerts or delete alerts from this list at any time.

Below this list are two drop down boxes. You can use these to request additional BPAY Alerts.

 

  • To request a new BPAY Alert
    1. Go to the SMS menu (available under the More menu option)
    2. The SMS Settings screen will display – select the BPAY Alerts tab
    3. Select the Biller you wish this alert to apply to. Only billers in your frequent Billers list will be displayed here.
    4. Select the SMS Alert that you require. This can be either when a bill arrives, or when a bill is almost due. If you wish to receive an alert about both, you will need to create two separate alerts for this biller.
    5. Click Add. 
  • To delete a BPAY Alert
    1. Go to the SMS menu (available under the More menu option)
    2. The SMS Settings screen will display – select the BPAY Alerts tab
    3. Click the SMS Alert in the Requested BPAY View SMS Alerts list that you wish to delete
    4. Click Delete.
    5. When the confirmation message displays, click OK to continue and delete this alert, or select Cancel to stop this alert from being deleted.
