The Reply to Message screen displays when you select the Reply button that appears on the Message Received screen.

To reply to received mail: 

  1. Click Reply on the Message Received screen.
  2. The Reply to Message screen will display.
  3. Contents of the received mail item will display at the bottom of the screen. This could be a response to an enquiry you have submitted, or a broadcast message from the Bank.
  4. The message entry pane (text box) will display at the top of the screen. Write the text of your secure mail reply in this pane. You may also wish to update the subject field at the top of the screen.

Actions available:

Button Action 
Send Send secure mail message to Customer Contact Centre
Cancel Cancel the draft message without sending and return to the Messages menu
Print Print a copy of this message
