Pat leads a high-performing team of Agribusiness bankers, with a specific focus on delivering successful outcomes for clients across the agricultural industry. Pat also provides coaching and mentoring to our team and clients, focusing on growing quality partnerships across the sector.

Ian has extensive industry experience across beef, grain, cotton, horticulture and the intensive feedlot sectors. Ian has over 40 years' experience across Qld and prides himself in being a trusted business partner, delivering quality service with industry understanding of cash and seasonal requirements.
Will Barton
Senior Agribusiness Manager - Toowoomba
Will comes from a family line that has run sheep and cattle in Northern NSW for 5 generations. With close to 20 years’ Agri banking experience in NSW and QLD, Will has worked across Agri enterprises ranging from the small family operator to the institutional investor. His expertise lies in beef, sheep and grains, with an extensive knowledge of most Agri supply-chains. Will is passionate about partnering with farming operators in South QLD, helping them achieve sustainable production outcomes.

Trish brings over 19 years of banking experience in both retail and agribusiness across Southern Queensland. Trish is passionate about working closely with her clients on the property and in their business, providing responsive, knowledgeable, and quality client service. Trish specialises in beef and broadacre cropping (both irrigated and dryland).

With five generations of family history in the region, Drew Alexion is a local who has lived and worked across the north. Starting in banking more than a decade ago, he brings a strong understanding of NQ's various agricultural subsectors. Outside of banking Drew has also supported these same rural-regional economies in public sector roles. He's passionate about helping businesses succeed and seeing this success strengthen local communities.
Erin Corish
Relationship Executive - Goondiwindi
Born and raised on a cotton, grain and sheep property near Goondiwindi, Erin is a 3rd generation farmer with a property near Mungindi. With over 25 years' experience in agriculture and 8 years in finance, Erin has worked extensively in the cotton industry, sheep meat industry, cattle industry, and more recently, as a national business development manager specialising in sustainability and product development in agriculture. Passionate about working with growers and her clients, she understands the balance of commercial viability of innovation, and sustainable business growth. A member of the Australian Cotton Shipper's Association and Macintyre Valley Field Day Committee, she enjoys being involved at all levels of industry and bringing her experience to Southwest Qld and Northern NSW.
