1. Log in to Internet or Mobile Banking.
1. Log in to the myBOQ app.
2. Click on 'Messages'.
2. Tap the ‘Profile’ icon in the bottom menu.
3. Select 'Send New Message'.
3. Select ‘My details’ from the menu.
4. Select the "Update Personal Details" option from the Subject drop down box
4. Enter the new details.
5. Enter your updated details in the Message box and click "Send"
5. Enter the one time PIN we sent you
6. Select ‘Done’ to save your details.
