Forgotten your password
1. Log on to Internet Banking,
1. Visit Self-Service Hub.
2. Click on 'More' in the top menu.
2. Enter your Customer Access Number (CAN)
3. Select 'Other Services'.
3. Enter your details.
4. Click 'Change Password'.
4. Enter your mobile number.
5. Enter your Old Password.
5. Follow the prompts.
6. Enter the New Password.
7. Retype your new password.
8. Click 'Change'.
