1. Log in to internet banking.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Cards.
3. Click on Activate for the card that is available to activate (Status will be Inactive).
4. Type in the CVV and expiry date of the card and then tap Continue.
5. Type in your new PIN and click Continue.
6. Re-type your new PIN to confirm it and click Continue.
7. Enter the verification code that is sent to your mobile number.
8. A card activation confirmation message will pop up in the top right-hand corner of the window to confirm the card is activated. Additional menu options will also appear for the card, now that it’s activated, and the Status will show as Active.
1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap on Profile (in the bottom right of the
screen).
3. Tap on Manage Cards.
4. Tap on the card you want to activate.
5. Tap on Activate card.
6. Type in the CVV and expiry date of the card and then tap Next.
7. Type in your new PIN.
8. Re-type your new PIN to confirm it.
9. A card activation confirmation message will
appear on screen. Tap Finish to return to
the home screen.
