Flood relief available to customers
Bank of Queensland (BOQ) is activating its Emergency Fast Track Relief assistance to provide urgent support for customers of BOQ, BOQ Specialist and BOQ Finance who've been impacted by the extreme weather.
When safe to do so, impacted customers are encouraged to contact the Customer Assistance teams to discuss the flood and disaster relief options available to them.

Ways we can assist impacted customers include:
- 90 day deferral of loan repayments (i.e. Home Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans, Asset Finance) which may be capitalised to the loan over the remaining term;
- Waiver of fees associated with transactions relating to the financial difficulty assistance;
- Early release of funds held in customer Term Deposits (including waiver of fee);
- Temporary overdrafts for transactional accounts.

How we’re supporting the community
As well as helping our customers, BOQ is providing flood relief to communities across Queensland and NSW. To date, BOQ has donated $25,000 to QEFS to deliver valuable equipment, training and support to our volunteers as they assist the Queensland community. This donation will support the brave men and women who are helping those who need it most.
Our employees are doing their bit to help affected communities too, with the BOQ Group Mud Army volunteers receiving paid time off to assist with clean-up efforts. BOQ Group has also committed to matching any employee-made donations to organisations that support impacted individuals and communities.
