BOQ Mobile puts you in charge of how you view BOQ on your mobile device.

Before you use Mobile Banking, you must view and accept the Electronic Banking Terms and Conditions. You must Log On to Internet Banking to accept the Terms and Conditions before you use Mobile Banking. You will be shown the Electronic Banking Terms and Conditions the first time you Log On to Internet Banking. You can also view them on the Terms and Conditions page at any time.
Mobile Banking allows you to do your banking safely and conveniently on your mobile phone. You can view your account balances, look up transactions, pay your bills, transfer funds, check rates, and locate the nearest ATM or branch.
BOQ Mobile is currently available in the App StoreSM for iPhone®/iPod touch®/iPad®users, and on Google Play for AndroidTM phone users.

You can also access Mobile Banking via your mobile web browser by navigating to ib.boq.mobi.
You can use ib.boq.mobi to navigate directly to Mobile Banking.
There are no additional BOQ charges for using Mobile Banking other than the standard Internet Banking fees and charges which can be found in the guides to fees and charges on the Terms and Conditions page.

No. You can only have one active Online Banking session in either Internet or Mobile Banking.
As with Internet Banking you can request a password reset by contacting the Customer Contact Centre on 1300 55 72 72.
Please Note: You will need to use Internet Banking to log on with the temporary password and create your new permanent password before you can sign into Mobile Banking.
As with Internet Banking your password is case sensitive - make sure you are entering your password with the correct case.
