Need to obtain or having difficulties using your Customer Access Number (CAN) for Internet and Easyphone Banking?
If you are a previous Home Building Society customer, you will be required to use your existing Home CAN. If you are experiencing difficulty using our Internet and Easyphone Banking systems, please ensure you are entering a CAN of 10 digits. This can be achieved by adding zeros to the beginning of your existing CAN. For example, if your CAN is 6 digits in length you will need to add 4 zeros to the beginning of the number.

Need to obtain or reset your Personal Access Code (PAC)?
Unfortunately we can not provide or reset your PAC via email due to security reasons.
Please follow one of the following alternate options:

  1. Phone the Customer Contact Centre on 1300 55 72 72 or international direct dial +61 7 3336 2420 any time between 7am and 7pm Monday to Sunday. Our team will be happy to assist with your request.
  2. Visit any branch of the Bank of Queensland to have this request completed over the counter.
