BOQ Group is committed to diversity and inclusion in order to provide a safe and inclusive environment that taps the collective genius of diverse talent to improve outcomes for our people, customers, communities and shareholders.

Our key goals are to build a diverse workforce and inclusive culture where our values and strategic pillars are the foundation for our approach to diversity and inclusion; where we embrace differences and believe that our workforce should reflect the customers and communities that we serve; and where we strive to ensure a purpose-led, and inclusive culture where our people feel confident to bring their best selves to work every day.

We are proud to be home to a wealth of diverse skills, experiences, perspectives and insights and know that what we can do together is infinite.

Inclusion means that our customers and communities are an integral part of our wider network, and that supporting, amplifying and collaborating with them is as important as how we accept, respect, support, amplify and collaborate with each other.

Our diversity and inclusion strategy is continually evolving towards harnessing broader intersectionality through inclusive behaviours that will foster a diverse workplace culture and enhance the employee experience.

Strong governance and executive sponsorship is key to our focus areas of our inclusion strategy.
