Matt’s eleven plus years’ experience with BOQ varies from operations, middle office through to the frontline. This translates to a seamless understanding of the broker process from origination to settlement, proving invaluable when working with clients.
Alex specialises in < $1 million business lending and is passionate about achieving outcomes for SME clients. During his time at BOQ, Alex has worked across operations, insolvency and business banking, and is well equipped to push deals through so brokers can deliver quicker outcomes for their clients.
Tom is a finance professional with a career spanning 20 years in both the banking and the third-party introducer space as a commercial broker. By way of his experience, Tom has the ability to review an extensive range of funding scenarios and is positive and proactive in his approach.

Vin is ideally placed to understand both sides of broker introduced transactions and relationships with over 12 years’ experience as a Commercial Broker and Banker at two of Australia’s largest banks.
Christian is a passionate banking and finance professional with over 18 years' worth of lending experience. Prior to joining BOQ Commercial, Christian held Sales/Management roles at major banks and more recently, leading non-bank lenders in the third-party introducer space. This wide range of experience has given Christian the expertise to assist in a wide array of deals.
Kai is known for spearheading initiatives that improve efficiency, drive growth, and manage compliance and risk. He’s also responsible for leading financial and governance reporting to support critical business decision-making. At BOQ Group, he’s been instrumental in the launch of the Virgin Money Australia digital bank, and more recently he’s assisted in the delivery of BOQ’s refined Business Bank distribution model.
