With so many payment options, staying on top of your credit card couldn't be easier.

Our Instalment Plans

With BOQ Instalment Plans, you can break your payments into manageable monthly instalments over a set term of 1-5 years.3

Instalment Plan options

You may be eligible for BOQ Instalment Plans, which let you break down your statement or large purchases into fixed monthly repayments and pay them off over a set term at a lower interest rate than your standard card rate.

BPAY

You can use BPAY to make your repayments. Here's what you need:

  • BPAY Biller code: 91215
  • Customer Reference Number (CRN): This is your BOQ Credit Card account number, which you'll find on your statement.
  • Keep in mind, BPAY payments can usually take up to three business days to process. To avoid late fees or extra charges, check the cut-off and processing times to make sure your payment can be received before the Payment Due Date (listed on your statement).

About Autopay

(Direct Debit)

With Direct Debit Request (Autopay) your repayments will be automatically deducted each month from the bank account of your choice so you'll never have to worry about them.

Set up Direct Debit

To set this up click on the link to download the 'Direct Debit (Autopay) application form' and return it to us.

Things to be aware of

  • Additional payments received between the statement date and the day before the Payment Due Date may not reduce the direct debit payment amount. However, we won’t debit more than the Closing Balance on your statement or an amount that would bring your account into credit

  • Important - it can take up to 3 business days for your Direct Debit payment to be cleared from the bank account you have nominated to be debited. Until the payment is cleared, these funds will not be available for use

Australia Post

You can make your payments at any Australia Post office displaying the Bank@Post5 symbol using cash. You will need your card and PIN to process this payment.

Over the counter fee  $2.50 fee applies for each payment made to your Account by cash at an Australia Post outlet displaying the Bank@ Post5 symbol.

FAQs

How do I edit or cancel a Direct Debit (Autopay) arrangement?

You can change your payment options, suspend, resume or cancel your Direct Debit (Autopay) by contacting us or resubmitting the completed Direct Debit (Autopay) Request Form with updated details.

To change the nominated account you must resubmit a new direct debit request form.
