Account eligibility

You must hold one of the following Commonwealth Government Pension or Concession cards:

Health Care card
Pensioner Concession card
Commonwealth Seniors Health card

Please visit your local branch or call our friendly team on 1300 55 72 72 to tell us that you hold a current Commonwealth Government Pension or Concession card and would like to apply for a new Day2Day Plus Account with Concession Features or that you would like to have the Concession Features applied to your existing Day2Day Plus Account.

Open a new BOQ Day2Day Plus Account with Concession Features

To open a new BOQ Day2Day Plus Account please visit your local BOQ Branch.
Once your account is open and you have your new Day2Day Plus Account details, notify us that you hold a Government Pension or Concession Card and that you wish to have your account updated to be a Day2Day Plus with Concession Features.

If you already have a BOQ Day2Day Plus Account

Notify us that you hold a Government Pension or Concession Card and that you wish to have your account updated to be a Day2Day Plus Account with Concession Features. You can do this by:
