We will refund you any dishonour fees or overdrawn fees charged to your Day2Day Plus Account in the period after you tell us you hold a current Commonwealth Government Pension or Concession Card.
If your account does become overdrawn, you will be charged debit interest as per our Terms and Conditions, but no overdrawn fee will be charged.

Account eligibility
You must hold one of the following Commonwealth Government Pension or Concession cards:
- Health Care card
- Pensioner Concession card
- Commonwealth Seniors Health card
Please visit your local branch or call our friendly team on 1300 55 72 72 to tell us that you hold a current Commonwealth Government Pension or Concession card and would like to apply for a new Day2Day Plus Account with Concession Features or that you would like to have the Concession Features applied to your existing Day2Day Plus Account.
