Please note: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation,  we are currently unable to process any foreign currency transactions at this time via Travelex.  This includes exchanging AUD for foreign currency and foreign drafts or exchanging foreign currency and foreign drafts for AUD.

Existing Cash Passport customers can still perform self-serve transactions (top up, transfer funds, check balances etc) by using the online portal at cashpassport.com.au and selecting ‘my account’. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer customers new MasterCard Cash Passports in branches at this time also.
