BOQ Fraud and Scam Assistance

BOQ's dedicated Financial Crimes Operations (FCO) team helps protect customers against fraud and scams or recover funds if customers fall victim. This site is here to help make customers, their families or friends, or the general public, more aware about fraud and scams. You can read about different types of scams, how to protect yourself, latest alerts, and how to report any concerns.

Please call BOQ Customer Connect on 1300 55 72 72 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).  You can also get specialised help from our Financial Crimes Operations team between Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or Saturday/Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
