If you have a physical disability or other mobility challenges, where possible we try to ensure that it is as easy as possible for you to come to our branches and use our ATMs.


Where possible, our branches have been refurbished to provide best practice accessible features to make coming to our branches easier. They include:

  • Ramp access
  • Wheelchair turning circles
  • Automatic doors or open entry ways for customers with prams, wheelchairs and other mobility requirements
  • Open plan layouts for improved manoeuvrability and access to staff assistance
  • Internal ATM Foyers with access to staff assistance

We have included the following features across our ATM network:

  • Ability to increase font size of our ATM information
  • Touchscreen technology
