Before you get started, you will need the following:

  • Your 10 digit Customer Access Number (CAN), find out where you can locate your CAN here.
  • Your mobile phone (we need to send you an SMS to verify who you are)
  • Access to a desktop computer or browser (to set a new password for Internet Banking)

What to expect:

You will be asked to provide your CAN, name, date of birth, and mobile number so that we can verify who you are. Don't worry we keep your information secure as per our privacy policy. We will send you an SMS to verify your mobile phone number. You will then receive a Temporary Password which you can use to log in to Internet Banking.
