With BOQ’s Credit Card rewards program, Q Rewards®, every dollar you spend on Eligible Transactions4 becomes points. So anytime you use your BOQ Platinum or Blue Rewards Credit Card, you’re earning points redeemable for just about anything. From Giftcards, to Cashback or Pay with Points to receive a credit back to your account - the choice is yours.

Best of all, with no hidden fees, no caps and no expiry on your points, you can earn them on your credit card without fear and spend them when you want – on almost anything.

If you are already enrolled in the Q Rewards® program, you can access Q Rewards® within Internet Banking. Simply log in to the myBOQ app.

  • How do I earn Q Rewards® Points on my Credit Card?

    You can earn Q Rewards® Points for Eligible Transactions4 made on your account. This includes spend on your card and if you have an Additional Cardholder, spend on their card as well. Points awarded are calculated in reference to the whole Australian Dollar amount of each Eligible Transaction. The Earn Rate of Q Rewards® Points depends on the product you have: ​

    BOQ Blue Visa Credit Card: 1 Point for each whole Australian dollar.​
    BOQ Platinum Visa Credit Card: 2 Points for each whole Australian dollar.

  • How do I check how many Q Rewards® Points I have?

    You can check your points balance whenever you like within myBOQ app.

  • What can I use my Q Rewards® points for?

    There are a variety of ways your can use your Q Rewards® Points, the choice is yours for what Rewards you’d like to redeem them for:​

    • Cashback for a credit to your Account​

    • Pay with Points for a credit to your Account on selected transactions​

    • Gift Cards from a great range of retailers​

    • Convert your Q Rewards® Points to Velocity Points and use them for travel, or Flybuys Points and get even more choice on how to spend them.

  • How do I redeem my Q Rewards®?

    You can redeem your points balance whenever you are within myBOQ app.

  • Is there a limit on how many Q Rewards® points I can have?

    With Q Rewards® there is no cap on how many Q Rewards® points can be accumulated, meaning you can keep growing your points balance until you’re ready to redeem for something special.

  • How do I sign up to the Q Rewards® credit card rewards program?

    You are automatically enrolled in the Q Rewards® program if you hold any of the following credit cards:
