BOQ Offers Assistance to Flood-affected Customers

Bank of Queensland is offering assistance to any customers experiencing financial difficulty due to the recent floods across Queensland and New South Wales. 

Daniel Musson, Group Executive People and Corporate Services said: “We understand that some of our customers may be going through a rough time due to the recent floods and BOQ would like to take some of the pressure off, with our Hardship Assistance Program. 

“Our Hardship Assistance program can help customers defer loan repayments or re-package their finances to enable them to get through this difficult time without the additional stress of financial pressures.”
