BOQ Coorparoo Moves Onwards and Upwards

Bank of Queensland at Coorparoo is moving to new premises at Old Cleveland Road this week to give its local customers a better personal banking experience.

BOQ Owner-Manager Brett Davies said his branch is relocating from Coorparoo Mall to 312 Old Cleveland Road so it can provide an even higher level of service and support to local residents and businesses.

“Instead of moving out of the area like other banks, Bank of Queensland is staying in Coorparoo and investing in the community. My branch is here for the long haul!” Brett said.

“We’re committed to our local community and to prove it, we’re moving to a bigger and better location.

“Our brand new state-of-the-art branch is double the size of the old branch and will offer our customers a spacious new sit-down waiting area and two extra lending offices.

“The new branch is easier to find and will have an upgraded external ATM, giving customers 24-hour access to their funds.

“Our same friendly team will be at the new branch to assist customers with all their banking and finance needs and continue to give them the exceptional personal face-to-face service our bank is famous for.

“And as my business continues to grow at the new premises, I’ll be able to employ more customer service staff which I’m really excited about.

"We’re all looking forward to welcoming both existing and new customers into our branch, where they can expect to receive expert service from our dedicated team who have over 20 years of combined banking experience.”

“I also encourage customers, individuals and local businesses wanting to experience ‘bank different’ to contact our new branch directly on (07) 3393 8444 with any banking enquiries,” Brett said.

Brett and his team are moving to their new address this weekend. The new BOQ Coorparoo branch will open its doors on Monday, 13 July.

The trading hours at the new branch will remain the same; open from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30am to 5pm Friday.
