Resignation of Director

Bank of Queensland’s Chairman Neil Summerson today announced the resignation of board member David Graham. 

“David has made a significant contribution to the Bank during his four years of service on the Board and has helped the Bank to develop and expand during that time,” said Mr Summerson. 

“David has decided to focus his time on his role as Chairman of DDH Graham Limited. 

“I am joined by fellow members of the Board in recognising David’s contribution to the Bank and wishing him all the very best for the future. 

“DDH Graham Limited has a longstanding relationship with Bank of Queensland, which will continue in to the future.” 

Mr Graham’s resignation will be effective close of business today, 8 October 2010. 

The Bank will look to appoint a replacement director in due course.
