BOQ Announces Fast Track Hardship Assistance for Customers Affected by Floods

Bank of Queensland (BOQ) is making its Fast Track Hardship Assistance available to customers who have been affected by the current flooding events.

The Fast Track process enables BOQ customers affected by the floods to more easily and quickly apply for support. Depending on their circumstances, customers may be eligible to access relief measures such as:

  • The ability to defer mortgage and/or loan repayments for a short period;
  • The option to make Interest Only repayments for a short period;

  • Special arrangements in relation to arrears;

  • Early access to Term Deposit funds with wavier of redemption fee; and

  • Waiver of other fees and charges related to non-payment.
